I read about starbucks @ duddell street in an article,
feels interested about the idea of retro design of starbucks.

so i went there in this opportunity that i visited HK even i am not a coffee fans XD
It was a nice interior design inside and good service.

The atmosphere here is simply amazing.

The attention to detail was quite impressive,
the prints on the table, those old-school electric switches,
and to even the type and colour of the blinds, the dusty old fans and folding chairs.

It was a place where people went to feel connected to each other and the community.
It is located at Duddell Street,Central,Hong Kong
The street is famous for its four gas-powered street lamps.

While all other street lamps in Hong Kong are now electric, these four still use town gas.
The hong kong and china gas company continues the operation of the lamps as objects of historical interest.

Duddell Street Steps and Gas Lamps are declared as monuments of hong kong.
This starbucks was a fusion of Eastern traditions and Western modernization.
If you have a chance, research about it and pay a visit there when you are going HK:)

p/s : there should have an outlet like this at malaysia with m'sia culture:P
